AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND BALDWINS TRAVEL
This website is offered to you, the customer. Your use of this website and/or your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorised to use this website.
PRIVACY POLICY
Because your privacy is important to us, Baldwins Travel operates by these principles:
- We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). For example, if you wish to register as a member of the Kent & Sussex Premier Cruise Society it asks you for information such as your name and e-mail address. Your personal information is not provided to third parties at any time. However, we may use your personal information to inform you of new features, services, and products from Baldwins Travel. You may opt out of this by indicating on the member registration page that you do not wish to receive such material.
- To make sure that your personal information for your member registration is correct and current, you may review and update your customer information at any time.
If at any time you believe that Baldwins Travel has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by e-mail at cruise@baldwins-travel.co.uk. We will use all commercially reasonable efforts to determine and correct the problem promptly.

Baldwins Travel reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Website is offered. This right shall not effect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a legitimate reservation or purchase using this website.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Baldwins Travel as a result of this agreement or use of this website.
Baldwins Travel performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Baldwins Travel right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website or information provided to or gathered by Baldwins Travel with respect to such use.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Baldwins Travel with respect to this website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and Baldwins Travel with respect to this website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Fictitious names of companies, products, people, characters, and/or data mentioned herein are not intended to represent any real individual, company, product, or event. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
